If you would like to collect an accreditation or tickets that have been reserved in your name, please come to our Courtesy Desk where we will help you. You will find it inside Hotel Skansen directly to the right of the reception.

Bicycles / electric scooters may not be brought into or through the event area.

Batteries or chargers for electric bicycles / electric scooters may not be brought into the event area.

You are allowed to bring your compact camera to the arena. Cameras with zoom lenses must be left at home as they may be perceived as disruptive. Drones Drones may not be flown over the event area without permission from the organizer. Unauthorized use of drones will be reported immediately.

The dog may not be taken into the event area.

Exceptions apply to dogs with Accreditation or dogs on duty.

The arena has 2 public entrances.

Entrance: Kyrkogatan
Entrance: Hamngatan / Hotell Skansen

If you want to collect tickets or accreditation for the competition, you must collect them from the Courtesy Desk at Hotell Skansen. You cannot enter the arena via Kyrkogatan, so the easiest way is via Hamnområdet or via Hamngatan.

As there are many visitors in Båstad during the tennis weeks, we recommend that our visitors arrive well in advance when they visit us.

Prästliden

If you are taking your car, the easiest way is to park in the large Prästliden parking lot, near the church. From Prästliden you are a short walk, about 5 minutes, from the arena.

Area parking / Street parking

Limited parking is also available in the Port area and on the public street parking in the village. But keep an eye on the rules etc. as these may differ from the rest of the year.

Smoking, regardless of type, is not permitted in the event area.

Here you will find several of our partners and exhibitors. Take advantage of great offers from our many exhibitors. Find something in the café and participate in any competitions etc.

Section B it says on the ticket. Which one was it again? Here you can find all the sections around our Center Court.

Tickets are purchased through our ticket provider Tickster. Tickets can also be purchased on site at our Ticket Office at the lower entrance.

The ticket is a document of value. Do not post pictures of tickets on social media.

You will find several toilets in the area.

They are marked on the map.

There are also toilets inside the hotel.

Inside the arena we have a water station where you as an audience can fill up your own bottle.
