Book your train ticket to Båstad Bus Station.
The ticket also includes the connecting bus into central Båstad at no extra cost (applies to individual travellers, not groups).
A connecting bus (regional bus 501) runs between Båstad Station and central Båstad in connection with most trains. The bus departs from the train station, stop A.
If you are heading to the Tennis Stadium / Hotel Skansen, get off at the stop Båstad Torget (travel time approx. 13 minutes). From there, it’s a 200-meter walk straight downhill to the hotel.
The transfer time between the train and the bus is approximately 4–6 minutes. This is sufficient for passengers with normal mobility, but if you have reduced mobility or if you are travelling as a large group, the transfer time may be tight. In that case, it may be safer to book a taxi instead.
