Sunset tennis delivered. Sunset at 21:34 right in the midst of the battle between Andrey Rublev and Thiago Agustin Tirante of Argentina.

Tirante impressed greatly in the first set where both players held serve and followed each other to a decisive tie-break where Tirante drew the longest straw. In the second set, the breaks came, and now it was Rublev who took command more and more, deciding the crucial points and turning it to 1-1 in sets.

In the third set, the third game turned Rublev’s momentum upside down when Tirante managed to break Rublev’s serve. Rublev had the chance to break back to 3-3 but didn’t succeed.

The final score was 7-6, 3-6, 6-4, and in the quarterfinal, Tirante will face Spaniard Roberto Carballes Baena.
